Shipping Information

Orders are processed Mondy – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2pm WAT are processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders for delivery within Abuja placed before 2pm are delivered the same day. For deliveries outside Abuja, please allow 3 – 4 business days from date of dispatch to receive your order.

 

Postage worldwide is calculated by weight. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure Customs Department permits the shipments of our products to your country. If for any reason the package is seized by customs and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. If, however, the package is returned to us unopened, a refund will be issued. Please note we cannot refund the shipping fee.
